For every large-scale Intel-type that takes up shop in Arizona (pictured is one of Intel's Chandler facilities) a number of East Valley tech startups -- each without nearly the capital of one of the world's largest computer chip manufacturers -- aim to just get off the ground. While angel investors are not necessarily lacking in the East Valley, economic development experts are noting that there aren't many yet willing to put their wallets in the technology fields.
