Attorney General Tom Horne explains May 9 the basis for Arizona asking the U.S. Supreme Court to dissolve the injunction issued by a trial judge which stops the state from enforcing key provisions of a measure approved last year aimed at illegal immigration. With him are Gov. Jan Brewer and John Bouma, a private lawyer hired by the governor to defend the law.
