Honorary Mesa Firefighter

Tristin Saghin, 9, is named an honorary paramedic by the Mesa Fire Department, Friday, April 22, 2011, at Fire Station No. 209. Last weekend his quick thinking saved his 2-year-old sister’s life when she fell into a backyard swimming pool.
