Sen. Paula Aboud explains why she believes Senate Majority Leader Scott Bundgaard should resign from the Legislature in the wake of a scuffle last month on a Phoenix freeway with his girlfriend and Bundgaard escaping arrest after police said he claimed legislative immunity from arrest.
