The award-winning Desert Rose Theatre is following up last year’s big Rat Pack hit with a never-aired holiday television special featuring the Rat Pack and some special guest stars.

This musical-comedy show takes the audience back to the heyday of the TV holiday special and features some of the singers’ most treasured music, Christmas favorites and lots of laughs.

Musical numbers include “I’ve Got the World on a String” “When You’re Smilin’,” “The Lady is a Tramp,” “Everybody Loves Somebody,” “Hey There,” “Mistletoe and Holly,” “I’ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm” and many, many more (some from the special celebrity guests).

The multi-talented cast features Valley stage veterans Kellen Garner as Frank Sinatra (Mesa), Mitchell Vantrease as Sammy Davis Jr. (Glendale) and Caleb Michael Rock as Dean Martin (Glendale). The show is written and directed by Kellen Garner and produced by award-winning Desert Rose founder, Katherine Stewart (Mesa).

The show is being performed at Desert Rose Theatre, at Power Square Mall, 2055 S. Power Road, located at Interstate 60 and Power Road in Mesa.

Performances are 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 13-15, and Dec. 20- 22; and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 and 22.
