You may or may not howl at the moon, but you’ve probably been curious about it at some point in your life. You can satisfy your curiosity Saturday, when the Arizona Science Center invites residents to come observe the moon through specially placed telescopes in Heritage Square. There will also be moon-related displays, activities and story-telling at this free community event.

DETAILS >> 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22. Heritage Square, 600 E. Washington St., Phoenix. Free. (602) 716-2000 or azscience.org.
