He usually arrives by sleigh, or sometimes parade float, but this December, Santa Claus will visit Arizona by boat.

St. Nick will visit with children 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays, Dec. 8, 15 and 22, aboard the Desert Belle Tour Boat at Saguaro Lake.

The double-decker boat takes passengers on a 90-minute narrated cruise around the lake, where there are scenic views and the chance to spot wildlife, such as eagles and bighorn sheep.

The vessel has an on-board snack bar and restrooms.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $19 for seniors and $10 for children ages 5-12. No parking pass or Tonto National Forest pass is required to park for the tour.

Make reservations at (480) 984-2425 or DesertBelle.com.
