Actress Mo'Nique and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak announce the Best Picture nominations for The 83rd Annual Academy Awards on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011 in Beverly Hills, Calif. The 83rd Annual Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.
