Gina Buskirk, Italian chef and owner of Gina’s Homemade — 10953 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Suite 5, Scottsdale — will teach you how to make fresh mozzarella, which you’ll take home at the end of the evening. Wine tasting and snacks are also included in the $20 class fee.
