Suit up for festive 12K’s of Christmas in Gilbert

Celebrate the season by dressing up in your Santa costume and competing in the 1.2K, 6K or 12K races at Freestone Park.

There will also be a Christmas bazaar, inflatables for the kids, and Santa’s Pet Village with more than 40 pet adoption groups. Prizes are awarded for the best “Christmas-themed” running outfits, Christmas spirit, cutest pet as well as first, second and third place in each age division.

DETAILS >> Registration and packet pick-up from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15. The races start shortly after 9 a.m. Freestone District Park, 1045 E. Juniper, Gilbert. Free for spectators, $15-$40 for race registration. (480) 609-3978 or
