Joe’s Farm Grill knows how to make persistent high temperatures a little easier to bear. The Gilbert eatery has launched its annual (Hot) Dog Days of Summer for the month of September, when it offers a slew of specialty wiener-and-bun creations not normally on the menu.

New offerings include a Turkey Jalapeño Dog, White Hot Dog and a Full Pounder Dog. Old favorites making a comeback include the Hawaiian Dog, Rueben Dog and Cordon Bleu Dog. The dogs are all-beef, natural-casing hot dogs made locally by Schreiner’s Fine Sausages or The German Sausage Company. They’re served in a grilled, split-top bun and come with fries or a side.

Joe’s Farm Grill is at 3000 E. Ray Road, Gilbert. Reach it at (480) 563-4745 or JoesFarmGrill.com.
