Q: Where do you and your family like to eat out?

A: I love The Salt Cellar (in Scottsdale). That is my favorite.

Q: What are some of your favorite things to order when you’re there?

A: For entrees, it’s got to be that 5-lb. lobster. If I died and went to heaven, that would be a close second. And for appetizers, we always get the escargot and the oysters Rockefeller. I love those things.

Q: What’s so good about that lobster?

A: Oh, the sheer size of it. And the whole thing’s just full of meat. You don’t have just the tail and the claws; you kind of get to kill the whole beast.

Q: What else do you like about the place?

A: The service has always been good there, and the food’s always been good. I try to make it my special treat, so we’ve been going maybe once or twice a year for probably 15 years.
