Ken and Payton LaCivita are managing partners of Cogburn’s Big Wings, 4902 S. Val Vista Drive, Gilbert. (480) 855-3288 or CogburnsBar.com

Q: Where do you like to eat when dining out?

Ken: Sakura in Tucson.

Payton: The Hideaway Grill in Cave Creek. You know, I really enjoy Four Peaks (Tempe, Scottsdale), too.

Q: What do you like about Four Peaks, Payton?

A: I like going there with friends and people from out of town. They have a great atmosphere, and they take pride in their menu. Their menu is great, and they have a great selection of beers, which is why we have two of our favorites on tap here (at Cogburn’s).

Q: Ken, what’s one of your favorite menu items at Sakura, and why do you like it?

A: The sushi. It’s just the best. (And I like) the tap and tables, where you sit at a flat-top table, and they cook your food in front of you.
