MALIBU, Calif. - A paparazzo was arrested Thursday after he was discovered hiding in bushes outside a daycare center attended by Angelina Jolie's adopted son, authorities said. Photographer Clint Brewer, 25, was trying to take pictures of 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt, according to Cindy Guagenti, a publicist for Jolie's partner, Brad Pitt.
Brewer was detained by security shortly before 11 a.m. and the property's owner made a citizen's arrest, said sheriff's Lt. Crystal Miranda.
Deputies arrested Brewer on suspicion of trespassing and he was later released on $1,000 bail, officials said.
Jolie, Pitt and their children returned to Malibu two weeks ago after Jolie, 31, gave birth to daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt in Namibia last month. The couple have two older children, 18-month-old Zahara, adopted from Ethiopia, and Maddox, adopted from Cambodia.
Both Maddox and Zahara's surnames were legally changed to Jolie-Pitt after Pitt, 42, announced his intention to adopt the children.
