St. Patrick’s Day is the biggest one of the year for Casey Moore’s. Last year the Tempe patio bar went through 20 kegs of green beer and 700 pounds of corned beef and cabbage, says co-owner Gavin Rutledge, who dresses like a leprechaun for the holiday each year.
