Thousands of arts lovers and more than 50 of the Valley’s arts groups — from opera companies to children’s theaters to dynamic modern dance troupes — flock every year to the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts for a full day of season sneak-peeks and an eclectic array of short performances.
It’s the only event of its kind in the Valley. And it’s free.
Today’s eighth annual Expo features 15-minute performances by Scorpius Dance Theatre, Southwest Shakespeare Company, Citrus Valley Playhouse and more than a dozen other groups — including performers from the Arizona Renaissance Festival. The Jester’Z improv troupe will perform between acts.
