Phoenix Comedy Festival: An all-star comedian line-up including Bill Engvall, Lewis Black, Tommy Smothers and Kathleen Madigan comes to Phoenix to raise money for the Bill of Rights Monument at the Arizona Capitol. Premium ticket packages including VIP seating and an artists’ reception, are available at this Arizona Centennial Legacy Project event.
