As he looked for work and his next meal in 1930s America, folk
musician and Dust Bowl refugee Woody Guthrie sang the stories of a
nation determined to survive the Great Depression. The musical
stage production “Woody Guthrie’s American Song” celebrates the man
and the music Americans came to know by heart.
