David Spade comes to Dodge Theatre Oct. 13

Comedian David Spade who grew up in Scottsdale - returns to his forming stomping grounds for a standup comedy show at Dodge Theatre on Friday, Oct. 13. Tickets, priced at $28-$65, go on sale 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11 at the Dodge Theatre box office, www.livenation.com and all Ticketmaster outlets.

Spade was recently seen in the summer baseball comedy film "Benchwarmers," and originally came to fame on "Saturday Night Live." He was nominated for an Emmy Award in 1999 for his role as Dennis Finch, the wise-cracking assistant on the NBC sitcom "Just Shoot Me."

Currently, he can be seen hosting Comedy Central's "The Show Biz Show" which is in its second season. Spade not only hosts the show, but is the executive producer and a writer.
