This is the funny Michael McDonald - the tall, blue-eyed comedian who played irrepressible, rouge-cheeked brat Stuart and countless other characters on the sketch comedy series "MADtv."
He begins a five-show run Thursday at the Improv in Tempe.
McDonald, who holds the record for the longest-serving cast member on the Fox Network show, has appeared in all three Austin Powers movies and on TV shows from "Seinfeld" and "The Drew Carey Show" to "Ellen" and "Desperate Housewives." He's also appeared in and directed several episodes of "Scrubs."
