Yes, it's hot. But Saturday, the Arizona Museum for Youth in downtown Mesa is providing families respite from all that.
At their annual Beach Party Blast, the museum is thinking cool thoughts with a variety of activities for kids, like making sand castles or crafting sailboats. In the museum's gallery classroom, families can watch the water-centric 2003 Pixar movie "Finding Nemo" or enjoy an always-refreshing Otter Pop.
