Meet Prince, a gentle giant of a dog currently living at Friends for Life Animal Rescue's adoption center in downtown Gilbert.
One look at his kingly countenance and impressive frame, and you get the idea that handsome Prince just isn't meant for life in a temporary kennel. Rescuers say this Neopolitan mastiff mix longs for a loving, permanent home to call his castle.
The 5-year-old has behaved wonderfully with children, but shelter staff say he would probably do best in a home with no other animals. They note that Prince has a sweet temperament and a mild, docile way about him. He loves going for walks and being treated to play sessions with people.
Prince is neutered and microchipped, and his vaccinations are up to date. To learn more about him or other pets in need of loving homes, contact Friends for Life Animal Rescue at (480) 497-8296 or www.azfriends.org.
