A sitcom star, film actor and now late-night talk show host, George Lopez is also (according to his website, georgelopez.com) one of the five highest-grossing comedians in the world. The star, named one of “The Top 25 Hispanics in America” by TIME magazine in 2005, has also served as a spokesman for the National Kidney Foundation, after undergoing a kidney transplant himself.
