The worst dressed? People picked Britney Spears, Tara Reid and Lara Flynn Boyle, among others, in its Sept. 22 double issue.
Jennifer Aniston was one of the "red carpet rulers," along with Hudson, Kidman and Berry, while Jennifer Lopez, Eve and Kelly Osbourne were described as "chameleons" who would "never dream of letting their looks get stale."
Rosario Dawson, Mariah Carey and Courtney Love were given a XXX rating for their barely there outfits. "Sag Awards" went to Da Brat, Winona Ryder and Cynthia Nixon for their revealing tops.
Selections were made by People staffers, including West Coast style editor Steven Cojocaru.
