There will be water and plenty of it Saturday at Chandler’s annual summer party for families.
The free Summer Splash and Dash will feature water slides, kiddie pools, dunk tanks and all manner of water games at downtown’s tree-shaded Dr. A.J. Chandler Park.
You’ll also find a tamer play area just for toddlers.
Chandler Fire and Police departments will be there, sharing water safety tips. Add to that music and prizes from the Radio Disney Rockin’ Road Show and a smattering of vendors, and it’s not a bad way to tire out the kiddos and impart a little knowledge while they’re too busy having fun to notice.
