At Phoenix Cooks! guests can look forward to a dizzying display of food samples on Sept. 2 from some of the Valley’s top kitchen gurus — Beau MacMillan of Elements, Eddie Matney of Stoudemire's Downtown, James Porter of Tapino Kitchen & Wine Bar, Bradford Thompson of Mary Elaine's and Chuck Wiley of Hotel Valley Ho.
Guests at the Arizona Biltmore event will have to divide their time between the eight dessert stations; six signature dish showcases where chefs will answer questions, give tips and give samples; six rounds of dualing chefs and 25 visiting wineries giving out samples.
Hungry for more? Keep the culinary weekend going by hitting the $95 parade of chefs reception with wine pairings and light jazz (6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1), $95 five-course dinner (7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2) and $55 chef’s champagne brunch (11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 3).
