OFFICIAL TITLE: Ordinance No. 5106 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona, proposing to amend Section 701 (A) of the Mesa City Charter to allow Council to set dates for City of Mesa elections.

DESCRIPTIVE TITLE: Amend the Mesa City Charter to allow the City Council to set election dates for the City of Mesa elections.

A “YES” vote shall have the effect of amending the City Charter to allow the City Council to set election dates for the City of Mesa.

A “NO” vote shall have the effect of not allowing the City Council to set election dates for the City of Mesa.
