It is with great excitement that I begin my journey to fight the status quo in Washington.
Perhaps you know me as your conservative Councilwoman, a devoted member of our community or as a committed mom. Whatever the case, you should know that I am committed to making a difference by reigning in unsustainable spending in Washington, by reducing regulation and taxes which hurt the growth of our economy, and by fostering a business environment that encourages the dedicated citizens of the 9th district to reap the rewards of their hard work.
Over the last 3 plus years we have experienced a federal government which pretends to know what's best for us, a government who decides what is "fair." While this has helped favored special-interests, it has produced anxiety and uncertainty for the rest of us, and resulted in an explosion of our federal deficit.
My main focus once in Washington will be to level the playing field, to provide a framework that will stimulate both human and financial capital, lessen our dependency on government, and ultimately get our economy growing again.
If elected, I will fight to help the entrepreneurs, the innovators, and the hard working citizens of the 9th district. We have witnessed what too much government looks like for the last three years, it's time we relegate the politicians and bureaucrats, and instead promote the private citizens who work hard, those who make our communities a better place.
For too long, we have watched career politicians in Washington rack up a nearly $16 trillion debt while unemployment remains around 8.7% in Arizona. I believe that enough is enough and I am headed to Washington to make a difference.
You can count on me to:
-- Make Tough Decisions Against Reckless Spending
-- Fight to Reduce Government Interference and Regulation
-- Be a Rational Voice for the Hard Working Citizens of the 9th District
I welcome your involvement at any level; I need committed conservatives like you to win this campaign and so I can bring my fight of the status quo to Washington.
