I have been a community leader, successful coach, and independent contractor. I have worked in banking, business, and education. I am an innovator and advocate for the people.
Recently, serving on the Chancellor's Maricopa County Community Colleges 21st Century Steering Team, I saved Arizona tax payers over $25 million dollars annually.
In 2009 my peers at Mesa Community College elected me Student Government President. As their representative, I saved Arizona students more than $56 million in tuition and fee increases.
I coached Highland High School’s debate program in Gilbert, where I mentored some of Arizona’s finest and brightest. Teaching the art of persuasive communication, I instilled in my students the practical values of hard work, attention to detail, persistence, and team work.
In 2008, as an independent contractor, I helped develop and establish a new sales program for a local Arizona company. Now this small business provides accounting software and services for some of the largest franchises in the world.
Over the past decade we have seen a troubling lack of leadership in Congress. Washington is more willing to play political games than create sensible solutions. But the voters in Arizona are hurting, and we need practical policies instead of party line ideology.
Thus, I am asking for your vote. I want to represent Arizona voters in Congress and provide the leadership that can move Washington past the paralyzing gridlock and on to sensible solutions for Arizona and for America.
