My son just recently asked about this topic! Unfortunately, we live in Tempe and you didn't cover our city. Aside from a business permit, I also have a feeling that the County Health department might also have rules. They've relaxed them for bake sales, but I don't know about lemonade.[wink]

Thank god the politicians and gov't folks got on these upstart kids. How dare they sell lemonade without a license, food inspection, construction permit (for the stand itself), and a host of other vitally important things.. Luckily there is nothing else pressing in the entire country at this time, so all you elected officials, go get them little buggers. Yes, we are really are sitting on the edge of the manure pool with our feet dangling in it. Morons.

this is the same state after all that sued the internet over 'appraisals', and says you need a cosmetology license to pluck eyebrows. maybe it's a good thing for kids to learn you are not going to do much of anything in arizona without dragging along a twenty ton anchor of the state.
