On behalf of the Mesa Rotary Club, welcome to the Mesa Rotary Corner!

The Mesa Rotary Club is an 85-member service organization of business and professional leaders established by Mesa resident, Dr. Ralph Palmer, in 1921. We convene once a week for lunch to conduct our meetings and to enjoy the camaraderie.

Rotary provides local and international community service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill throughout the world. Since 1905, Rotary is one of the largest nonprofit service organizations in the world with more than 1 million members participating in local clubs in 161 countries. Rotary International provides an opportunity for its members to address social issues such as homelessness, polio, hunger, health and literacy at a local and global level.

The Mesa Rotary Corner was created as an opportunity to inform you about these issues and innovative ways to alleviate them. In addition, information about Mesa Rotary’s upcoming service projects, its signature Dictionary project, fundraising events, and foreign exchange opportunities will also be provided to address the gaps in our community and volunteer in these humanitarian efforts. In 1989, “Service Above Self” was established as the principal motto of Rotary, because it best conveys the philosophy of unselfish volunteer service.

Mesa Rotary will share its rich history, structure, and goals for service now and into the future. We hope this information will inspire you to help support us, promote our cause and provide positive impact throughout the year.

To be notified of our events: please join our mailing list at and like us on Facebook at Mesa Rotary Club.

Together we can make a difference!
