Could you possibly write a column to support the concept that all electronic billboards must contain a picture of Charlize Theron? Preferably in a bikini? Talk about a beautification act! Of course every guy in Phoenix would have at least one accident by next year's end. Ask "the discount accident lawyers", they'll sign up as your lawyers in a New York minute. I mean what do we have mandatory auto insurance for?
