This program will improve linear sprinting mechanics and also increase the ability to accelerate in the first thirty to forty feet. Athletes will learn how to run effectively with proven bio-mechanical techniques and develop the ability to recruit fast-twitch muscle fiber for dramatic acceleration improvements.
