Both cowboys are successful award winning singers, songwriters and bar none, the best contemporary western entertainers in the biz! The Western Music Association has recognized musician/songwriter Dave Stamey with multiple 2012 WMA awards. The cowboy entertainer's prestigious 2012 awards include: Album of the Year with his "Twelve Mile Road"; Male Performer of the Year; Songwriter of the Year and Entertainer of the Year! Cowboys and Indians Magazine has referred to Dave Stamey as "the Charley Russell of greatest Western songs of all time. In 2010 True West Magazine named him the best living Western solo musician. Since 2005 Stamey has been one of the most highly awarded western artists by the Western Music Association, being named Entertainer of the Year 4 times, Male Performer of the Year 5 times, and Songwriter of the Year 4 times. In 2010 Dave received WMA's Best Traditional Western Album by an Individual "Come Ride With Me" and Best Original Song. He also holds the Will Rogers Award from the Academy of Western Artists.

The Cowboy Way Magazine says Gary McMahan is western music's Robin Williams.  McMahan's voice has great feeling and reminds us of the great cowboy singers and story tellers of the past.  Gary scatters funny stories, poems, barn burning yodels, and hilarious stories throughout his fast paced performance.  His song “The Old Double Diamond” was named one of 13 best songs by Western Horseman Magazine.  He has received the most prestigious award in Western music: a National Cowboy Hall of Fame Wrangler Award.   A national champion yodeler, poet, singer and award winning songwriter (and general nuisance), Gary's songs have been recorded by artist such as Ian Tyson, Garth Brooks, Chris LeDoux, Riders in the Sky, Dave Stamey and Juni Fisher.
