  J. A*oiao committed a wide range of civil rights violations and yet he is still considered a hero and top law enforcement person in this state? Every day innocent people are brutalized by this maniac (and at the hands of his deputies) and in the mean time..crimes are being committed on the streets. We need a new sheriff..this man is a madman and a terrorist! The sheriff's department should be thwarting crime, investigating and arresting dangerous criminals...not perpetrating crimes on others!

  Next time you need help call an illegal alien !
  If you bother to watch the evening news you will notice that MOST of
  the felony mugshots are NOT non hispanic naturalized citizens !
  It's easy to commit felonies stateside and then cross the border and
  disappear in a safe haven .

  The sheriff has cost us MILLIONS and MILLIONS of dollars in defending his ILLEGAL department. They do not deserve our praise, they're crooks, especially Joe, and his immediate staff. They should be deported.
  He's an arrogant idiot who does not deserve to be in office.
