After nearly five years of planning and design, Heritage Village Assisted Living has begun construction of phase one with three additional phases planned over the next two years.

Located on a five-acre parcel on the southwest corner of Brown Road and the 202 Freeway in northeast Mesa, the community will consist of eight single level luxury homes and one medical office building.

“Each home will accommodate 20 residents,” said Stan Hosac, who is responsible for management and operations for Heritage Village Assisted Living. “The office building located at the entrance has been designed to accommodate businesses that offer services to our aging population. When completed, the community will be home to 160 residents.”

Although emphasis will be on providing assisted living for our aging population with specific needs such as, dementia, Alzheimer’s and hospice, other unique services are planned for the community as well.

Each luxury home in Heritage Village Assisted Living is about 6,500 square feet with individual private rooms and bathrooms for each resident. Residents will receive three home-cooked meals per day, as well as numerous planned activities and individual specialized care.
