Do you feel federal law enforcement agencies should have to get local approval before taking any official law enforcement action in a county in Arizona?

In early voting, the pie chart seems to have failed. Yet the Yes votes appear to out number the No's.
Folks, the No's are correct. The constitutionally sound "supremacy clause" means that when enforcing US law, federal officials need notify no state officials. Just like state police need not notify municiple officials of their investigations when they don't want to, federal officers need not notify state officials. It's the law, the constitutional law. And once again Arizona passes unconstitutional law. Can't we get it right even once?

Why doesn't the Legislature quit hovering around the edges of crazy and go for full bore secession from the union?

dustbowl11,
Perhaps the larger question is "Why do we voters keep supporting these crazy people?" Next thing you know, we'll re-elect Pearce!
