State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne kept his narrow lead Monday over former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas in the race to become the Republican nominee for Arizona attorney general.
Horne had a 892-vote advantage over Thomas at the end of business Monday.
His lead grew by 38 votes since the weekend.
The Secretary of State's office says there are an estimated 900 ballots that have yet to be processed across the state.
State Rep. David Lujan conceded the Democratic primary on Thursday to former state financial regulator Felecia Rotellini.
Rotellini had a 2,420-vote edge over Lujan.
The general election will be held Nov. 2.
