Hmmm....sounds like an aging hippie trying to re-live the 60's, man. The ignorance about this issue is astounding. If you want contraception, no one is stopping you from buying it whether this bills passes or not. Period. But, as usual you have a group people that want the freedom to make bad choices(which I am all for) but want someone else to pay for them(which I am not).
The only person to choose to have an abortion is the woman. Politicians have used the prolife or prochoice position to garner votes for 30 years. That weasel Rick Santorum and his religious pro life rant should be incarcerated.
As humans, we are not exactly an endangered species and we dont need more children, especially ones that the mother didn't want in the first place.
Please stay out of other peoples' choices and mind your own da mn business.
Does any insurance policy cover payment for buying condoms? If not, then other forms of birth control should be paid for by the person buying it, not the employer or the insurance company. It's not very fair to pay for BC pills and not condoms.
If they perfect the birth control shots for men, are you willing to allow insurance companies to pay for those? Heck, most of them are already paying for your viagra. :-)
