They are organized to flood certain immigration stories with anti-sb1070 comments. AZProgressive (socialist) seems to think our sheriffs shouldn't enforce bank robbery, kidnapping and all the rest of the federal crimes. Just how stupid do they think Arizonians are? Not very bright fellow are you AZProgressive, or should I say AZSocialista, or AZReconquista. Seems there a lot ignorant sounding people making comments in this rag lately. Could there possibly be a concerted effort underway to pepper immigration stories with anti sb1070, Brewer, Pearce, any sheriff that favors the enforcement of all laws comments.
BTW: Bank robbery and extortion, and kidnapping are federal crimes. You reconquista's need to hire smarter people.

I need them to go after rapists, robbers, drug dealers, murderers, etc. no matter WHO they are... not waste time doing chasing and after and doing hours of paperwork taking law enforcement off the streets so Juan the landscaper gets arrested.
The worst mass murder in a public setting in Tucson was NOT committed by an undocumented Hispanic. It was an untreated Caucasian with a mental illness.
The money they want to give to Babeau is a blatant financial political favor thanks to GOP corruption.
That money could be used to fund medical transplants or to reduce the cuts from services to the mentally ill. People in need of help could get it before tragedy strikes and not be ignored because their rhetoric sounds the same as the political pundits.
That was the reasonable and moral point Sheriff Dupnik was making after the tragedy. At least he can sleep at night with a clear conscience.

Given another $500,000, on top of the $5 million Uncle Russ is giving him in another bill, I can't wait to see how many deputies Sheriff BooBoo can convice to shoot themselves while patrolling the desert alone. (Brilliant tactical maneuver by the way.)Darn shame we can't find the cash for operations that may actually save or at least extend 90+ citizen's lives. Oh well... priorities.

Duprnick should not receive funding for something he refuses to do.... enforce the law. It's about time for a recall of this guy. I don't want a sheriff that refuses to protect me from criminal elements.

This seems to be so blatantly corrupt - I have decided to be more active in politics in the coming elections.

pearce must really think the people of AZ are stupid not to believe his agenda is nothing but political. As time progresses, it will become more evident. I just hope things don't get out of hand with this hateful spiteful man. Hopefully, people will get tired of having these ultra conservative ideals shoved down their throat whether they like it or not. Sadly, that’s not the track record though.

From SB 2718, $5 million for Babue and his circus? And non for the other sheriffs?
That is a lot of money for "no show" theatrics. Where are all of the Babeu's apprehensions? Where are the seizures?
Can he do anything beside interviews and personal campaign fund-raising?

(well not lately, seems that KAET is having yet another "Pledge Week, Month, Year...Pledge Whatever"...and ..."dumped" the Horizon Show, let's hope for good but probably just until it gets some money in the kitty (the phones aren't ringing...lol)............LOVES TO RAKE OVER THE COALS...(Howie is the "#1 Raker") show after show.
Pima County Sheriff Dumbnik went on National Television after the Shootings and ..."TUCSON-ED" (did a Congressman Grijalva...."torpedo job")..his own State of Arizona. Then he went on all the ...Socialist/Pro-Democrat/Liberal TV Shows on CNN, ABC and MSNBC (even the ED Show...the ED Show for goodness sake..how low can you go)......and said that he would "never enforce Arizona SB 1070 in 'his' County".
So Speaker Pearce is just taking the Sheriff at his word and not giving him any of the ...SB 1070 money...............HOWIE.....WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT....TAKING A MAN AT HIS WORD........THAT'S WHAT WE DO..........OUT HERE IN THE WEST.
