Former Tempe councilman Arredondo to be sentenced for fraud convictions

  I read today that the sentence was home confinement. What are the terms of that sentence for him (besides the 18 month duration)? I know it can mean travel and driving restrictions, electronic monitoring, restricted to his residence and yard, etc.
  No matter what, the reputation of this family has been damaged.

  I guess his arrogance, narcissism and "above the law" attitude finaly caught up to him.... and yes, I knw him personally
