Moderation is usually the best approach to anything, whether it's politics, religion, economics, eating, or drinking. Fanaticism usually turns out real bad for everyone. For instance, those who eschew a flaming left-wing or right-wing government do not stop to think what happens to them and their beliefs when, not IF, the opposing powers get control. Yessir, they lose everything they desire, want , need, or feel right about. The problems we face in America today do NOT come from a cooperative and sensible government, they come directly from the stubborn and imbecilic fools on both sides of the aisle in Washington and the state houses. Gridlock gets absolutely nothing accomplished and hurts everyone, liberal and conservative.

WylieDog,
Don't get your hopes up too high. Let's settle for less. If “It might mean there’s a little less of the tea party influence.” then great. That's a step in the "center right" direction.

It would be an incredibly nice surprise if Romney doesn’t carry Arizona.
