Why is it that for everything 'right' that's needed to prevent unlawful entry - somebody has to make a case against it? It's no wonder this is an ongoing problem, and no wonder we have 20 million illegals taking advantage of it.

Yet the "minorities and low-income" voters have no problem showing some form of ID to collect their welfare benefits, do they?

    Wow.

The "logic" of these judges would seem to warrant a judicial drug test at the very least.

Requiring legal citizens who want to vote to show ID is "unfair and discriminatory" according to Jon Greenbaum.

This is akin to saying that requiring legal drivers who want to operate a motor vehicle to have a Driver's lisence is also "unfair and discriminatory".

They are both "unfair and discriminatory" to law-breaking criminals...and their coddling supporters.

On a related note, did Greenbaum pay his La Raza membership dues this year?
