  The numbers might be high or low. No one really knows for sure. But, the rest of his post is correct. If you take all the illegals that are here in the states and give them amnesty so they become legal citizens, the welfare system will not be able to sustain them. That's the first thing they'll do, get on welfare, food stamps, housing and medical.
