She won't spit Obama's rooster out of her mouth long enough to do much damage. I assume Obama has instructed her to bow down and lick their shoes, while apologizing for not yet opening the borders and giving amnesty to all...

So, it's the 27th annual conference of this group. Do American government officials need an organization based on ethnicity? Government officials are in a position of public trust. When some officials decide to organize by ethnicity, there is a question of impartiality in performing their official duties. Are they motivated by service to the public, or are they motivated to serve ethnic interests?

Here we go....wonder what BS she will spew to this group?
I am so ashamed that she (of all people) chose to ignore her former constituents here in AZ.
She KNOWS the issues here, but her &^%$ career plans made that all fall by the wayside.
Only one that would have been worse? Gov Bill (Amnesty for Ilegals) Richardson, Dem Gov of NM.

Since the White House said Senator Jon Kyl lied when he said Obama was withholding the Soldiers he said he would send to Arizona border security, then Gas Can Jan Napalitano should announce to this racist group the exact date those troops will be sent to the border. Not Border Patrol staff but Soldiers with automatic weapons, choppers and night vision equipment. Hello Gas Can Jan ... Hello ... Hello ... anyone? ANYONE ???

I'm quite sure Napolitano will create new ground breaking achievements in the area of patronizing the conference attendees. Its what she does best.

Why is any government official addressing a race-based organization? It sends the wrong message that it is OK to discriminate and exclude based on race.
