TUCSON — Santa Cruz County authorities say an illegal immigrant was crushed after trying to hitch a ride on a train Wednesday.
Sheriff Tony Estrada said U.S. Border Patrol agents discovered the body of a 29-year-old man in between two railroad cars on a Union Pacific line near Bridge Road in Tubac.
Estrada said agents called in the Sheriff's Office, which has been working with the Mexican Consulate to notify the family of the Nogales, Mexico, man.
The Sheriff said it appeared the man was trying to ride on the train when he fell in between the cars and was crushed by the steel couplings that hold the trains together.

Why is the word "Immigrant" used in the title? This person was an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Doubt me? Check the definitions in Webster's.....

It's just sloppy, PC reporting. That's about all we get anymore.
A better title would have been "Mexican Crushed By Train in AZ."
It's a fact that illegal aliens, specifically Mexican illegal aliens, had a habit of derailing trains by changing switch boxes in train yards. It happened way too frequently in So Cal when I had to live there.

So, someone who illegally enters our country is an immigrant? Do our laws apply anymore?
