Backed by attorneys and a state lawmaker, Daniel Rodriguez explains Thursday why he intends to take advantage of the federal deferred prosecution program for illegal immigrants despite the risk that a change in administration could result in his application being used to deport him. "The lawyers, all specialists in immigration law"
I hope these "specialists" will keep in mind the Arizona Constitution before representing any illegal alien in any type of punitive case:
Arizona Constitution
Article 2
Section 35. Actions by illegal aliens prohibited
A person who is present in this state in violation of federal immigration law related to improper entry by an alien shall not be awarded punitive damages in any action in any court in this state.

People don't realize this, but Obama cannot force the Law Enforcement Agencies to NOT do their job. Obama swore an oath of office he has not upheld. But law enforcement everywhere also swore a oath of allegiance to the Constitution, and they ..are.. bound to that.
The status of some of the people in this country is illegal. They become illegal aliens and they must be removed. Humans are not illegal.. but if you are in this country, you can be very, very illegal.

How many of these individuals are using fraudulent state and federal official documents or stolen identity? Is Obama and his liberal democratic fringe base going to grant amnesty even though they have committed a felony offense? If so, then he should be doing the same for legal citizens who have committed felonies as well. Further, federal law requires all males between the ages of 18 to 26 to register for the selective service. Failure to do is also a felony offense. Again, does Obama intend to overlook this omission as well? If he does, that makes a mockery of the selective service law. Heck, I remember when I received a letter from my draft board telling me that if I did not appear before them to register, they would send the FBI after me. I called them from my military base where I was stationed and was told no matter, I had been summoned and was required to appear. Even my commanding officer was unable to sway them so I had to take leave and report to the board in my home town. I can imagine what it would have been like had I been stationed at an overseas base. Of course, I suppose I must realize that these individuals are special and deserve superior treatment.
