The U.S. Attorney for Arizona says he has appointed a prosecutor to oversee complaints of fraud and voting rights abuses for the Nov. 6 general elections.
John S. Leonardo says Assistant U.S. Attorney Dominic Lanza will head up his office’s efforts in partnership with the Justice Department’s national Election Day Program.
Leonardo says voters should have confidence in the system and their rights should be carefully protected. He says federal prosecutors will pursue cases of election fraud and abuse aggressively.
Authorities will be looking for any cases of intimidation or voters being bribed, the altering of vote tallies and stuffing of ballot boxes, among other things.

hmmmm,..where are all those folks complaining about the letter to the editor about voter fraud? You know, saying it doesn't exist and there is no problem?
Must not be a big problem if the AG is paying attention to it. Take off the partisan blinders and lets have a fair, legal election.

A fair, legal election without intimidation. True the Vote has vowed to have poll watchers at every poll in the country on election day. Their stated intent is to challenge and intimidate every voter they suspect might be voting the 'wrong' way.
I'm happy this post is being created, so I'll know where to report anyone snapping my picture or challenging in anyway my right to vote. Most cell phones these days have the ability to take pictures and/or record videos. Taking photos of people can go both ways.
