SIERRA VISTA - A 36-year-old man from the southern Arizona town of McNeal has been charged with shooting his own brother to death after an argument.
Cochise County Sheriff's officials say Wayne Elliot is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Carol Capas says Elliot was arrested after deputies were called to a McNeal home Sunday evening on an accidental shooting call.
Capas says they found 34-year-old Jason Elliot dead of a shotgun wound and later determined he was shot following an argument.
McNeal is about 20 miles north of Douglas.
