SAN LUIS — Arizona-Mexico border agents on Monday announced multiple seizures of drugs worth nearly $5.5 million combined.

In San Luis in southwestern Arizona on Thursday, agents found 94 pounds of marijuana hidden within cement patio furniture in a California man's pickup truck and 79 pounds of cocaine hidden in the gas tank of a Jeep Cherokee driven by a 28-year-old woman. The cocaine was worth more than $2 million.

Four additional and separate inspections uncovered a total of 533 pounds of marijuana worth more than $1.5 million hidden in various places, including gas tanks, inside tires and within a vehicle's roof.

In nearby Yuma on Friday, agents who detected two pickup trucks traveling from Mexico found more than 2,300 pounds of marijuana inside the trucks worth more than $1.9 million.
